HISTORY OF CREPE STATION CAFE

Opened in Bandra/ Khar in June 03. The seaside location was the first to be opened with a 20 compact seating capacity. On offering were our delicious crepes and waffles.

The menu was expanded with a wide selection of foods. We had now introduced a variety of pasta products, brown bread sandwiches, whole meals as specials, burgers and hot dogs. On the beverage side, we had fresh fruit juices and a variety of tea, coffee, mocktails, aerated drinks, other domesticated specialties like lassi ( a yogurt drink), protein shakes and so on. We started with breakfast in the mornings and stayed open throughout the day for lunch and dinner.

The Barbeque became quite popular with its deliciously spiced aromas filling the air. We became the place for an early breakfast,  brunch,  lunch,  evening snack, good dinner, and after dinner dessert.

 

Crepe Station Café has become a destination, a sort of landmark for some, people from all walks of life who can afford a mid priced product, come by and are never disappointed.

The introduction of Crepes was a novel idea as people here are already used to eating similar varieties of the product. The south Indian dosa is made from rice flour, the chapatti is made from flour, and so is the crepe with the addition of other food ingredients.

Crepe Station Café is doing well, its standards are in place and its team; from its management to the cleaning staff are all happy working in its environment friendly atmosphere.

The concept came into realization only due to the hard work of the people who thought about it; the financier, the team running its brand, and its family of hardworking individuals.
