NICOLO MOREA

Passion for the hospitality industry started with me being in the luxury of a 5 star hotel with all its splendor. This was where I saw myself, this industry was a people industry and that fit the bill for me.

Nicolo born in Bangalore left India after completing High School and spent 15 years of his life in Europe where he developed his culinary skills working in hotels and restaurants. 3 years ago, he came to Bombay on a holiday and has been here ever since. Part owner of a restaurant in Berlin, Nic is also the proud owner of a café on Carter road known to most of you as ‘Crepe Station’.

It was at Crepe Station where I first met Nic, over a year ago. I still remember the café was closed for renovation and there was a board outside that read “CREPE STATION WILL BE CLOSED TODAY AS THE OWNERS HAVE GONE TO GOA WITH YOUR MONEY.” When in fact there was Nic looking more involved with the renovation than his workers. 

 

 

 

CHRISTOPH SCHOCK - Head of operations

Born in Berlin, Germany. I came to India to open Crepe Station Cafe. The idea came up with Nicolo Morea on my first  visit in 1995.
I studied Science at the University of Berlin. But my real passion was always cooking and hosting events related to the food industry. I opened my first cocktail bar at age 20.

 

DEBOPRIYO BHATTACHARYA - Executive Chef

The Science graduate from Guwahati University and Diploma from Dadar Catering College took a keen interest in F & B management with the view to set standards. He managed his professional career with excellence in innovations, productivity and popularity amongst celebrities in India and abroad. He has been in this industry more than a decade now and has captured the attention of the Co-operate clients with his unique recipes for healthy meals, be it Indian, Continental or other world cuisine.
